Each session supports flexibility, posture, and overall body strength while helping to ease existing injuries—such as lower‑back discomfort—leaving you with a lasting sense of wellbeing.

Your Classes

Adult Hatha Yoga
An adult practicing yoga in the Lotus Position, or Padmasana as a description for my classes for adults

I trained for nearly four years with the British Wheel of Yoga before setting up YogaBee, and I continue to complete annual professional development to maintain and deepen my qualifications.

Yoga is a personal, non‑competitive practice that truly is for everyone.
Every posture can be adapted with variations and modifications, allowing each person to work at their own pace and enjoy the full benefits of yoga.

My group classes weave together all aspects of yoga—meditation, mindfulness, breathing practices, posture work, and guided relaxation—so you experience a complete, holistic session that supports both body and mind. Each class ends with a deep, restorative relaxation.

Private 1:1 & Small Groups:

  • Yoga for Healthcare Alliance (Yoga4Health) Courses. An evidence-based, secular 10-week course focused on preventative health and lifestyle management. This gentle, structured protocol was developed alongside NHS experts to support self-care. The national Yoga4Health curriculum is specifically designed for individuals who meet the official eligibility criteria. It offers supportive lifestyle care for those navigating: Stress & Anxiety: Managing daily stress or mild-to-moderate anxiety; Low Mood: Supporting individuals with mild-to-moderate depression; Metabolic Health: Preventative lifestyle care for prediabetes or early-onset Type 2 diabetes; Cardiovascular Wellness: Supporting heart health for those with a moderate cardiovascular risk (QRISK score around 10%); Social Connection: Welcoming those experiencing isolation or loneliness.  All movements are gentle, slow, and fully adaptable to chairs or mats.

  • Back Care: Targeted, gentle movements designed to support general spinal health, build core stability, and help alleviate physical discomfort.

  • Pregnancy Yoga: Gentle, fully adapted, and supportive practices to encourage comfort, flexibility, and relaxation for expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy.

  • Beginner Foundations – Learn the basics in a safe, welcoming environment.

Children and Teens Yoga

Every child deserves a space where they can thrive, explore, and simply be themselves.

For over 16 years, I have helped children discover the benefits of movement, mindfulness, and play. Alongside my mainstream classes, I have taught for many years in specialist school settings.

I understand that every child interacts with the world differently. Because of this, my sessions are completely tailored. I collaborate closely with teachers beforehand to understand each group's unique profile, sensory preferences, and communication styles.

For younger children, I utilise a therapeutic toolkit of multi-sensory props, visual aids, interactive stories, and rhymes. For teenagers, I offer tailored yoga classes that meet their specific developmental needs.

Across all age groups, I try to create a safe and welcoming environment where children can build physical strength, regulate their nervous systems, and express themselves at their own pace.

Why yoga helps children thrive

A growing body of research highlights how yoga can support young people. My classes are carefully designed to encourage:

  • Anxiety relief: Calming the nervous system to release day-to-day stress and sensory overload.

  • Confidence & connection.

  • Improved sleep.

  • Physical development: Supporting healthy posture, muscle strength, and motor planning.

  • Sensory and emotional regulation.
